Personal Statement:

I am a person of integrity, professional and loyal to my employer. I have a strong and thoughtful work ethic, that in my career I have combined with a hands-on approach to problem solving.  My experience is skilled in taking projects from concept to completion by way of thoughtful execution of all steps leading to project closeout.

In the course of my 15 years as an Enlisted Aide in the U.S. Navy and now 8 years of Private Service experience, I have become a more patient and determined professional with excellent team leadership skills.  It is my strategy to interact with a wide variety of individuals on all levels, urging attention to detail and a focus on world class service in order to achieve my employer’s vision and expectations.

I have taken my academic studies, applied them to problems at hand, while researching information and acquiring more skills in the process.  I have the competency to prepare and lead in the private service environment with a mission to meet operational goals and objectives!
As you read in my experience section above, I was most recently employed with a Fortune 100 Family as the Director of Operations for all of their private domestic business affairs for 6-years.  My employer evaluations were superior and I honestly know that I made significant contributions to the Family in many ways.

My top three Service Standards are Administrative as I know my way around smart home technology as well as all aspects of communication.  My Property and Grounds abilities have been fine tuned as I helped in the growth of my employer’s private golf course and Horse Ranch; and my Maintenance Standards as I have led the development of several upgrades and new homes.  I am also a very good cook!

I will bring solutions and not problems. I choose to work for the employer who has the utmost integrity and is interested in results in the workplace. I do not play games and expect the same in return. While some employees will tell their boss what they want to hear, I will tell my employer what I think that they need to hear with options. I am all about supporting my employer to maintain and enhance their quality of lifestyle, while protecting their privacy, minimizing their liability and maximizing their enjoyment of life.
