Installing StarkeyHQ™ Software:

Windows:

  1. Click the download link
  2. In the dialog that opens (Do you want to run or save this file?), click Run
  3. If an "Open File - Security Warning" dialog opens, click Run
  4. Follow the instructions of the Setup Wizard.
  5. When the Setup Wizard is complete, Run StarkeyHQ™
  6. If you have a Registration Code, enter it, otherwise click Demo

Mac:

  1. Click the download link and download the file to your computer
  2. Find and double click the file named StarkeyHQ_Mac.dmg
  3. A Window will open
  4. Drag the StarkeyHQ™ icon onto the shortcut of the applications folder in this window
  5. Run StarkeyHQ™
  6. If you have a Registration Code enter it, otherwise click Demo

 

Installing StarkeyHQ™ Sample Database

Windows:

  1. Click the download link
  2. In the dialog that opens (Do you want to open or save this file?), click Save
  3. Direct the file to save in the desired location (desktop suggested)
  4. When the download is complete close window and navigate to the location of the saved StarkeyMansionDemo.zip file
  5. Right click on the StarkeyMansionDemo.zip file
  6. Select Extract All
  7. Select the location to where you would like the file extracted (desktop suggested)
  8. Locate the file folder StarkeyMansionDemo
  9. Double click to open the folder
  10. Double click the file folder inside named StarkeyMansionDemo
  11. Single click the file folder named images
  12. Hold ctrl and single click the file named StarkeyMansion.db
  13. Right click on the StarkeyMansion.db file
  14. Select copy
  15. Navigate to your installation of StarkeyHQ™ (default: c:/program files/starkeyhq)
  16. Right Click and Paste the two files (Images, Starkey Mansion) inside the StarkeyHQ™ file folder
  17. Run StarkeyHQ™
  18. Click Open Other
  19. Navigate to your installation of StarkeyHQ™
  20. Locate the file StarkeyMansion.db
  21. Click Open

Mac:

  1. Click the download link
  2. Save the file to your computer
  3. When the download is complete, navigate to the location of the saved StarkeyMansionDemo.zip file
  4. Double click on the StarkeyMansionDemo.zip file
  5. Drag the contents of this folder to the location of your preference
  6. Run StarkeyHQ™
  7. Click Open Other
  8. Locate the file StarkeyMansion.db
  9. Click Open
