Recruitment and Placement for the luxury market, assisting our Certified Graduates to succeed by specifically matching Certified Household and Estate Managers, Butlers, Personal Assistants and other “veteran industry professionals,” with potential employers in private homes, boutique luxury hotels and residential communities.

On-site Consultations & Training for Principals and their household staff to develop and customize a service management plan, and to provide technical skills training as requested in housekeeping, formal entertaining and table service, culinary skills in the marriage of food and wine, and wine cellars management.

Continuing Education opportunities including our annual international “Restoring the Art” Conference — held in selected luxury communities around the country — for Household and Estate Management professionals, Butlers, Personal Assistants, Enlisted Aides, Private Chefs, Placement Agencies, Luxury Hotels, Service Schools and Experts, and Vendors.
